What virtualisation do you use?
KVM on Proxmox. Each VM has its own kernel, dedicated RAM and NVMe, and a routed public IPv4.
Can I reinstall the OS myself?
Yes. The console in your client area lets you reboot, reinstall and access a rescue shell at any time.
What happens if my IP gets blocked?
You can request a replacement from the panel. Replacements from a different subnet are issued within the hour.
Do you offer IPv6?
A /64 is available on request for every VM at no cost.
How do I pay?
